567 ZK Terms and Conditions — Know Your Rights as a Member

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the 567 ZK website and any associated mobile interface. The 567 ZK platform provides online sports betting, casino gaming, and related entertainment services to eligible members in Pakistan. By accessing any part of the 567 ZK platform, you accept these Terms in full, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated by reference into this agreement.

567 ZK reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any such modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page reflects when the Terms were most recently revised. We encourage all members to review this page periodically so they are always aware of the current rules governing their 567 ZK account.

These Terms are written in English and are intended for members located in Pakistan. All monetary references in these Terms are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless explicitly stated otherwise. Where there is any conflict between a translated version of these Terms and the English version, the English version shall prevail.

Use of 567 ZK is strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. This is a hard requirement with no exceptions. Any person under the age of 18 is prohibited from registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet on the 567 ZK platform. 567 ZK takes underage gambling extremely seriously and has zero tolerance for any attempt to circumvent this restriction.

By registering on 567 ZK, you confirm and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old at the time of registration and will continue to be of legal age throughout your use of the platform.
• You are registering for personal entertainment purposes only, not on behalf of any third party or business entity.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of 567 ZK or its affiliated companies.
• You are not using a VPN, proxy, or other technical method to misrepresent your location or identity.
• All information you provide during registration and at any subsequent time is accurate, truthful, and up to date.

Each individual may hold only one registered account on 567 ZK. Operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using different identities — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances held within them. If you discover that you have accidentally registered more than one account, you must contact 567 ZK support immediately to rectify the situation.

When registering your 567 ZK account, you are required to provide:

• A valid Pakistani mobile number that you own and control
• A unique, secure password that you do not use on any other service
• Accurate personal information including your full name and date of birth

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 567 ZK login credentials. 567 ZK will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify 567 ZK immediately and change your password. Any activity conducted through your account before 567 ZK is notified of a suspected breach remains your responsibility.

567 ZK reserves the right to verify your identity at any point, particularly before processing withdrawals above a certain threshold. Verification may require submission of a valid Pakistani CNIC, proof of address, or proof of the payment method used. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

567 ZK operates entirely in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, winnings, and account balances are denominated in PKR. The following payment methods are accepted on 567 ZK:

Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. VIP Club members receive priority processing as per the VIP Club terms. 567 ZK reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts above standard thresholds.

All deposits must be made from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Depositing from a third-party account is not permitted and may result in the reversal of funds and suspension of your 567 ZK account. Similarly, withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts registered in your name.

When you place a bet on 567 ZK, you are entering into a binding agreement at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted, it cannot be amended or cancelled by the member except where 567 ZK explicitly makes a cash-out or edit option available for a specific market.

567 ZK reserves the right to void any bet where:

• The odds were clearly published in error due to a technical fault or human error
• The event to which the bet relates is cancelled, abandoned, or does not take place within the stated timeframe
• There is evidence of match-fixing, result manipulation, or any other irregularity affecting the outcome
• The bet was placed after the event's result was already known (late acceptance)
• A system error caused incorrect acceptance of a bet that should have been refused

For cricket and PSL markets specifically: if a match is abandoned due to rain or any other reason and a result cannot be determined (including via DLS method), all match winner bets are voided and stakes returned in full. In-play bets on markets that have already been determined at the point of abandonment are settled on the known result. 567 ZK's decision on settlement of all markets is final.

Minimum bet amounts apply per market. Maximum bet limits vary by sport, market type, and member tier. 567 ZK reserves the right to limit the maximum stake for any individual member or market at its sole discretion, particularly in cases of unusual betting patterns.

567 ZK offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, which are published alongside the promotion at the time it is made available.

Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, the following general bonus rules apply across all 567 ZK promotions:

• Bonuses are credited to your 567 ZK bonus wallet and must meet the stated wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn as real PKR funds
• Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period. Bonus funds that expire before the wagering requirement is completed are forfeited
• Only wagers placed with real money (not bonus funds) contribute to clearing a wagering requirement unless explicitly stated otherwise
• 567 ZK reserves the right to withdraw any bonus from a member's account if it has been obtained through fraudulent means, abuse of promotional mechanics, or via multiple account exploitation
• A member may only claim each promotional offer once unless the promotion explicitly states it is a recurring offer

The 567 ZK VIP Club operates on a tier-based system with four levels: Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Tier status is determined by your total monthly wager volume across all products on the platform. The current tier thresholds and associated benefits are set out on the VIP Club page.

567 ZK reserves the right to:

• Modify VIP tier thresholds, cashback percentages, or benefit structures at any time with reasonable notice to affected members
• Remove a member from the VIP Club programme entirely if their account is found to be in breach of these Terms
• Adjust a member's tier based on a rolling 3-month wager average rather than a single month's activity, as described on the VIP Club page

VIP benefits, including weekly cashback, are calculated and applied in good faith based on the data recorded in 567 ZK's systems. If you believe your cashback or tier status has been calculated incorrectly, please contact support within 7 days of the relevant calculation date. Claims raised after this period may not be investigated.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 567 ZK. Engaging in any of these behaviours will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to the relevant authorities:

• Multiple accounts: Operating more than one account on the 567 ZK platform, regardless of the reason
• Identity fraud: Registering an account under a false name or providing forged identification documents
• Bonus abuse: Systematic exploitation of bonuses or promotions through coordinated betting, collusion, or use of multiple identities
• Match fixing: Placing bets on events where the outcome has been manipulated or where you have non-public insider information
• Money laundering: Using the 567 ZK platform to deposit, layer, or extract funds obtained through criminal activity
• Chargebacks: Disputing legitimate deposits via your bank or payment provider after those funds have been wagered on the platform
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, or any automated system to place bets without genuine human decision-making
• Hacking / manipulation: Attempting to interfere with the 567 ZK platform, its odds engine, RNG systems, or any other technical component

567 ZK is committed to promoting responsible gaming and ensuring that the platform remains a safe, enjoyable environment. We recognise that a small number of people may develop difficulties related to gambling and we take our duty of care to those individuals seriously.

The following tools are available to all 567 ZK members at any time through account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit amount. Limits take effect immediately and can only be reduced immediately — increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period
• Loss limits: Set a maximum PKR loss amount per day, week, or month across all betting activity on 567 ZK
• Session time reminders: Receive a notification after a set amount of continuous play time
• Self-exclusion: Request temporary or permanent exclusion from 567 ZK. Temporary exclusion periods range from 1 week to 6 months. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible

567 ZK takes requests for self-exclusion extremely seriously. If you request self-exclusion, it will be processed immediately with no obstacles or delays. During any exclusion period, 567 ZK will remove your account from all marketing communications. Any deposits made in breach of a confirmed self-exclusion will be returned. All content on the 567 ZK platform — including but not limited to logos, brand names, design elements, software, odds data, written content, and images — is the exclusive intellectual property of 567 ZK or its licensed content partners. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 567 ZK platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any 567 ZK content without express written permission
• Use the 567 ZK brand name, logo, or trademarks in any context without prior authorisation
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the 567 ZK platform via automated means
• Create derivative works based on 567 ZK's proprietary content or platform technology

567 ZK takes all reasonable steps to maintain a reliable, secure, and available platform. However, the platform is provided on an "as is" basis and 567 ZK makes no warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of technical faults at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 567 ZK shall not be liable for:

• Loss of winnings due to technical failure, network outage, or server interruption, provided 567 ZK takes reasonable steps to rectify such issues promptly
• Bets placed in error by the member, including incorrect stake amounts or selection of the wrong market
• Financial decisions made by the member based on odds or information displayed on the platform
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the 567 ZK platform

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 567 ZK's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. In all other cases, 567 ZK's maximum liability to any member in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the value of funds held in that member's 567 ZK account at the time of the relevant event.

567 ZK may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. For significant changes that materially affect member rights or obligations, 567 ZK will provide advance notice through in-platform notifications or email to the address associated with your account.

Your continued use of the 567 ZK platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should cease using the platform and may request a withdrawal of any remaining balance in your account. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically to stay informed of the current Terms.
